There are several top stars who are currently holding championship gold in All Elite Wrestling, and Orange Cassidy is currently having an impressive run as AEW International Champion. In addition to being a fighting champion it looks like Cassidy has also taken on another role for AEW working behind the scenes.
Fightful Select reports that Orange Cassidy has started working backstage as a producer/agent for All Elite Wrestling. It’s also being reported that recent matches Orange Cassidy produced include Infantry vs. Kingdom and Big Bill & Brian Cage vs. Matt Sydal & Trent.
It was noted that the responsibilities for an AEW agent/producer typically include being on the headset during the match, helping to make sure they’re on time, sending directions to ringside and going over the matches with the talent themselves. The agent/producer is also responsible for relaying certain spots to production so they know what to expect.
