Asuka has yet to be defeated on WWE programming. Her run in NXT didn’t end properly, but her undefeated streak will continue on Raw or SmackDown Live after her recovery from a broken collarbone. The expectation is that WWE officials would prefer to have her on Raw.

The Empress of Tomorrow is expected to dominate and possibly become a Women’s Champion very quickly after her debut, but it turns out the WWE Universe would prefer to see Asuka on SmackDown Live instead of Monday Night Raw, according to a recent poll on WWE.com.
Another recent poll asked the WWE Universe to choose the woman they would want to see end Asuka’s undefeated streak. With roughly forty percent of the vote, Becky Lynch was the overwhelming choice. Since she is on SmackDown Live, the match can only happen one way.
The WWE Universe is very interested in a match between The Empress of Tomorrow and The Lass Kicker. On paper, Asuka vs. Lynch is an exciting rivalry for SmackDown Live. However, a lot of people in WWE need to be sure Becky is the right woman to receive such a huge win.
