Conor McGregor Shares His Thoughts On Ronda Rousey Joining WWE

Conor McGregor and Ronda Rousey have become two of the biggest stars to ever compete in the MMA world, but now Rousey has made the decision to make the jump to professional wrestling. Rousey made her big WWE debut Sunday night at the Royal Rumble, and for better or worse, everyone is now sharing their opinion on her pro wrestling career.

McGregor has made some controversial comments about professional wrestling in the past, and he’s talked some major trash about the Superstars of WWE.

But when Adam Glynn recently caught up with Conor and asked him to share his thoughts on Ronda working with WWE, he had nothing but good things to say.

“I’m delighted for her. Absolutely over the moon for her,” McGregor said. “She looked like she really enjoyed herself at the event. And I was very happy to see her. She’s a pioneer for the game.”

Conor continued to praise Rousey and he expressed that it’s nice to see her doing something she loves.

“She’s came through it all and faced big wins and big losses and she came through it. It’s great to see her represent herself and mixed martial arts and have fun in the WWE. I know she’s been a big fan all her life, so it’s great to see that.”

McGregor might love to talk trash about WWE when he needs to get a little extra attention to hype up his fights, but it appears that he’s got nothing but love for Ronda Rousey.
