All Elite Wrestling is still building up its women’s division, and on Saturday the competitors for the first ever AEW World Title match were revealed.
Nyla Rose won the Casino Battle Royale match on the Buy In pre-show, and later in the night Riho faced off against Hikaru Shida to determine the second competitor in the title match.
In the end it was Riho who ended up picking up the win over Hikaru Shida.
Nyla Rose and Riho will now face off in first ever AEW Women’s Title match on October 2 when AEW debuts on TNT.
