Cody Rhodes has been popping up wherever he can recently and he’s had an amazing time making it on his own as well. Last year Cody appeared on “Arrow” the CW original superhero show based on the DC Comics character Green Arrow.
Cody played a drug dealer named Derek Sampson and he was met with not only rave reviews for his portrayal, but also a stream of fan requests for him to reprise his role. We have previously reported Cody has signed on to appear on more episodes of Arrow, and he’s about to do just that.
Cody took off early this morning from Los Angeles for a “secret” project in Vancouver, Canada. Well, it’s not too much of a secret anymore, because we knew about it and told you guys.
Needless to say, we’re happy Cody is going to be back in Star City very soon.
Although Cody might be living it up on the set of “Arrow” for a bit, his independent wrestling schedule is very full. He’ll be appearing at four high profile indie events over the next few days with only a Sunday off in-between so he can Nintendo Switch and chill for a bit.
Cody is scheduled to appear in an event alongside Ryback and Broken Matt Hardy on the 18th, which is a really awesome gathering of talent. He’ll also be joining fellow Bullet Club members Adam Cole and The Young Bucks on the 20th and 21st. Good to see the Grandson of a Plumber is still able to keep himself busy.
It’s official folks, Roman Reigns is going to face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33. According to Roman Reigns he’s going to be the man that retires The Undertaker and we’re talking about whether or not it should happen on this week’s episode of Still Real Radio.
