After weeks of rumors and speculation Cody Rhodes finally made his big return to WWE a few weeks ago when he defeated Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 38. The next night Cody appeared on Monday Night Raw and he cut a promo where he made it clear that it’s his goal to win the WWE Championship.
It seems that Cody is teasing a return of the winged eagle belt if he does win the title as he recently posted a close up shot of the belt in an Instagram story.

Cody Rhodes previously brought back the classic Intercontinental Championship belt with the white strap when he won the title, and he’s said in the past that the winged eagle is one of his favorite championship belts.
