Cody Rhodes Sends A Message To Travis Scott Ahead Of WrestleMania

Cody Rhodes is currently the man to beat in WWE as he’s the Undisputed WWE Champion. John Cena earned the right to challenge Cody for the belt at WrestleMania when he won the men’s Elimination Chamber match last month. After he won the match John Cena turned heel and formed an alliance with The Rock and Travis Scott.

During the post-match beat down Travis Scott slapped Cody Rhodes in the face, and it was later reported that Cody suffered a legitimate injury due to the slap.

Cody Rhodes addressed the slap during an appearance on ESPN’s First Take, and The American Nightmare indicated that he will be looking to deliver a receipt to Travis Scott if they cross paths at WrestleMania 41.

“I had made the mistake, a lot of people texted me after concerned because my eardrum burst and the next day I had the full tommy boy spot on my face. I told everybody, ‘He didn’t get me at all.’ Then, I realized there was a nice fan cam shot of how difficult it is.

“Travis Scott, for as talented as he is, and he’s an incredibly talented guy. I even bought his kicks, I got a pair for Liberty as well. Travis Scott uh, kinda sucks. He kind of sucks. Triple H announced he’s coming to WrestleMania, I’ll be looking for what we call in the wrestling business a little bit of a receipt. Payback.”
