Cody Rhodes Reveals What He Misses About AEW

Cody Rhodes was one of the key figures who helped to launch All Elite Wrestling in 2019, and he shocked the world in 2022 when he made his return to WWE at WrestleMania 38. The American Nightmare has since gone on to become one of the top stars in WWE and his momentum shows no signs of stopping.

Even though he no longer works for AEW, Cody Rhodes still has positive things to say when he talks about his time with the company. During an appearance on the After The Bell podcast The American Nightmare talked about what he missed from his AEW run while noting that he missed having an office in every building.

“If I missed anything from my time away, and that was such a fun time, gosh it was such a fun time. I think the only thing I missed and I have said this before is that I had an office in every building.

“I had an office, and in that office was some of the most fun. No business was being done. Maybe 5% business and it was probably Brandi doing the business. The other 95% was me and my buddies.”

Cody Rhodes picked up a big win over Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam earlier this month, and it was recently announced that he will be appearing on the Grayson Waller Effect during the upcoming Payback premium live event. Stay tuned for updates.
