The wrestling community is still grieving the loss of Brodie Lee, and it’s clear from the way he’s being remembered that he had a very positive impact on many people.
After spending years as a WWE superstar Brodie Lee made the jump to All Elite Wrestling in March of 2020, and he was revealed to be the leader of The Dark Order.
Due to COVID-19 Brodie Lee was forced to make his debut at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, but originally he was set to debut in Rochester, and during a recent episode of Talk Is Jericho Cody Rhodes revealed that the company had an interesting entrance planned for Brodie.
“That guy, his entire AEW career was in this building, in Daily’s Place. Think about that. He never appeared in front of a crowd except for our small crowds here. The one that really pisses us off is that Rochester show. I don’t know if anyone knows this, but he was going to come up out of the ramp like the monster in ‘The Munsters’.”
Obviously things didn’t go according to plan, but Brodie Lee’s AEW debut was still memorable nonetheless.
