Cody has been heavily promoting his appearance on social media, and he also recently promoted “Arrow” season 5 inside the squared circle as well.
The former WWE Intercontinental Champion commissioned a special pair of “Arrow” inspired tights and he wore them during a recent match with former “Tough Enough” contestant Matt Cross. You can check out a few photos of the awesome ring gear below.
Cody Rhodes formed a friendship with “Arrow” star Stephen Amell who plays Green Arrow/Oliver Queen on the show, and last year the two feuded while Cody was still playing the Stardust character. The feud culminated in a match at SummerSlam which saw Stephen Amell team with Neville to take on the team of Stardust and King Barrett. In the end it was Amell’s team who won the match.
