Back in May Cody Rhodes became the first ever TNT Champion when he defeated Lance Archer in the finals of a tournament at Double or Nothing.
Since then Cody Rhodes has been a fighting champion, and he’s been defending his belt consistently in a weekly open challenge on AEW Dynamite.
Even though the TNT Championship has been appearing on AEW programming for months now, the belt still isn’t officially finished, as the final design was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
One fan recently asked Cody when the final design will be done, and he confirmed the belt will be completed by August 12.

This week on Dynamite Cody Rhodes will be defending his title against Warhorse.
