Cody Rhodes Mentions Roman Reigns’ Failed Drug Test During Promo

Cody Rhodes is walk the road less travelled at the moment. While most wrestlers work on the independent scene in hopes that WWE will sign them someday, Cody instead decided to walk away from WWE last year and now he’s the current Ring of Honor World Champion.

Cody has been getting a lot of attention as of late thanks to The Bullet Club invasion which took place at Raw a few weeks ago, and Roman Reigns seems to be paying attention to what’s going on with Cody and The Bullet Club.

The current ROH Champion recently said that he’s the biggest draw in wrestling, and Roman responded by saying if he can’t draw over 100k then he’s just talking silly.

Well Cody responded to Roman’s comments at ROH Global Wars, and he said that he thought Roman Reigns’ tactical vest was just used to cover up failed drug tests.

Roman Reigns failed a drug test and was suspended last year, and it was later reported that he failed for Adderall.

This isn’t the first time the failed drug test has been mentioned in a promo recently, as John Cena also referenced the test during his feud with Roman Reigns leading up to the No Mercy pay-per-view.

It will be interesting to see if Roman responds or if he just lets this one go.
