Last year Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble and he went on to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in the main event of WrestleMania 39. Unfortunately for Cody he was defeated by Roman Reigns and the result of the match is something that fans are still talking about to this day.
During a recent appearance on the MMA Hour, Cody Rhodes was asked when he found out he was going to lose the big title match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, and The American Nightmare claimed that he found out he was losing as it was happening in the ring.

That’s when I found out.”
Cody Rhodes will get a shot at redemption this weekend as he’s currently set to challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship during night two of WrestleMania 40. Rhodes will also be teaming up with Seth Rollins on night one to face the team of The Rock and Roman Reigns. If The Rock and Roman Reigns win then the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match on night two will be contested under Bloodline rules which means anything goes and The Bloodline can interfere.
