Cody Rhodes Comments On NXT Beating AEW In The Ratings This Week

AEW Dynamite launched on TNT last month, and for the last several weeks the show has been going head to head with NXT.

AEW Dynamite has managed to beat NXT in the ratings for the the majority of its run so far, but this week NXT managed to come out ahead.

NXT drew 916,000 viewers on USA Network, while AEW Dynamite drew 893,000 viewers on TNT.

Regardless of who came out on top this week, the Wednesday Night Wars will continue, and it doesn’t look like Cody Rhodes is letting the ratings get to him.

A fan on Twitter pointed out to Cody Rhodes that NXT beat AEW, and Cody responded with the following:

“Take it on the chin, learn from it, get up off the mat and get to work.

Excuses are for assholes.”
