Cody Rhodes has been locked into a heated feud with Drew McIntyre for months now, but Drew has been suspended since the November 7th episode of Friday night SmackDown.

Nick Aldis went to Drew McIntyre’s home to talk about Drew getting reinstated, and the SmackDown General Manager proposed some terms. Aldis told McIntyre that he will get a one on one match with Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. He also told Drew that he wants him to apologize to referee Dan Engler for hitting him with the Claymore. Aldis continued to explain the terms as he revealed that Drew will be fined, and his payday from Survivor Series will cover the fine.

Drew refused the offer and told Aldis that he doesn’t accept the terms. When Aldis asked what Drew wants, McIntyre told him he wants to be able to pick the stipulation for his title match with Cody. Drew also demanded that Aldis get documents drawn up which state that Cody will be stripped of the Undisputed WWE Championship if he touches Drew before the match. Nick Aldis agreed to the terms then offered a handshake, which Drew accepted.

Shortly after they agreed to the terms Drew got a notification on his phone which showed a video of Cody Rhodes arriving at his house. He accused Aldis of setting him up as Aldis went to confront Cody.

Security tried to hold Cody back, but he broke free and started attacking Drew McIntyre at his front door. The two stars then brawled in the yard until security was able to successfully pull them apart.
