Cody Rhodes Agrees To Be Fan’s Best Man At WWE Live Event

The stars of WWE brought the action to Spokane, WA on Saturday night and Cody Rhodes faced off against his rival Shinsuke Nakamura in a street fight. Cody managed to pick up the victory and after the match he had an interesting exchange with a fan.

The American Nightmare got on the mic and looked out into the crowd then acknowledged a fan’s sign asking Cody to be the best man at his wedding. Cody then asked the fan if he is a convicted felon and the fan confirmed that’s not the case. He followed up by asking how long the couple have been together and they confirmed they’ve been together for two years.

Cody Rhodes paused for a moment as the fans chanted “Do it!” The American Nightmare then agreed to be the fan’s best man but noted that they will obviously have to figure out the logistics.

Cody Rhodes has made it clear that he’s looking to finish the story and he was the first man to declare for the 30 man Royal Rumble match which will take place later this month. Last year Rhodes won the Royal Rumble match, but only time will tell if he’s able to do it again.
