CM Punk returned to the world of professional wrestling a few weeks ago when he joined WWE Backstage on FS1 as a host.
Since then Punk has been pretty outspoken with his opinions, and it doesn’t appear that he had much love for the Bobby Lashley vs. Rusev match at WWE TLC, which took place in Minnesota on Sunday.
Punk recently pitched his idea for the how he would book the Rusev vs. Lashley feud on WWE Backstage, and on Sunday the official WWE on FOX Twitter account tagged Punk in a tweet about the match that said, “We’re sure @CMPunk is watching this one closely. #WWETLC”
However, Punk made it clear that he was watching the Chicago Blackhawks vs. Minnesota Wild game.
The WWE on FOX Twitter account responded with, “There’s a table there,” but then CM Punk took a shot at the match when he tweeted, “In both cases, Minnesota is the big loser!”
