A few years ago Logan Paul made his in-ring debut at WrestleMania 38, and he’s been making appearances on WWE programming ever since. For the entirety of his WWE run Logan Paul has been a heel and fans have been loudly booing him for some time.
Recently CM Punk spoke to Chef Donny about the strong reactions that Logan Paul receives, and he noted that he thinks the fact that Logan Paul is hated is one of the more admirable things about the former United States Champion.
“I think it’s a benefit. I understand the criticisms and I would probably be levying them heavy against him if I was CM Punk from like ten years ago, but to see him take it seriously and want to do more — but the way the business is now, it’s almost like pump the brakes, you don’t need to do more.
It’s fascinating because everybody hates this dude and I think that’s one of the more admirable things about him, is how much everybody hates him. In our business, that means money. That’s dollars.”
