CM Punk is always a hot topic in the world of professional wrestling and it looks like he recently met up with some familiar faces as Dax Harwood posted a few photos of CM Punk with FTR along with a simple caption which said, “LA.”
WrestleMania 39 is of course taking place from Los Angeles this week along with several other wrestling related events that are being held in the area. Dax Harwood is currently set to host a live edition of his FTR with Dax Harwood podcast at Wrestlecon in LA tonight. Powerhouse Hobbs, Shawn Spears, Wardlow and Cash Wheeler are all being advertised for the event.
CM Punk has not appeared on AEW programming since the 2022 All Out pay-per-view and his status with AEW is unknown at this point in time. Throughout Punk’s absence Dax Harwood has openly shown support for the former AEW World Champion on his podcast.
As for FTR, Dax has been saying for months now that their current AEW contracts are set to expire in April. He also recently stated on Twitter that FTR has made a decision regarding their next move, but he declined to reveal what they have decided. One way or another it seems that we’ll all find out sooner than later. Stay tuned for updates.
