WrestleMania weekend has finally arrived and everyone is talking about night 1 of WrestleMania 38. The action kicked off on Saturday night and the show featured some big moments such as Cody Rhodes returning, and Steve Austin coming out of retirement to face Kevin Owens.
CM Punk knows what it’s like to compete on the Grandest Stage of Them All, and he shared his thoughts on WrestleMania when he posted a tweet explaining that he’s happy for Kevin Owens, Cody Rhodes and Steve Austin.
Happy for Kev. Happy for Cody. VERY happy for Steve. Also happy for Sting. Happy for myself. Happy for Bryan. This isn’t controversial. Fuck Eddie Kingston. Oh, happy for Edge!

CM Punk also reacted to claims that he mocked Kevin Owens for wearing a shirt when he wrestled during their days on the indie scene, and Punk reiterated that he’s happy for KO when he posted the following:
insane after all these years people still can watch that video, listen to Kev tell that story about Gabe making him wrestle in a shirt, and blame ME for Kev coming back into the locker room and yelling at ME. I’m super happy for him right now, but that doesn’t fit your narrative

WrestleMania 38 will continue tonight with night 2 at AT&T Stadium. Stay tuned for updates.
