CM Punk made his debut on WWE Backstage a few weeks ago, and it didn’t take long for Seth Rollins to call him out in hopes of setting up a potential match.
Punk doesn’t seem interested in the match at this point in time, but Punk has talked about Rollins on the show and even suggested he delete Twitter at one point.
This week on Raw, Seth Rollins solidified his heel turn and aligned himself with AOP, but when Punk discussed the heel turn on WWE Backstage he said he’s going to wait and see.
“I’m gonna take the wait and see approach. I don’t want to see a regurgitated Shield. We’ve seen this before with Seth Rollins where he has two guys that are behind him. I just don’t want to see the same thing over and over again.”
The former WWE Champion went on to say that he doesn’t think Seth is good at being a good guy.
“This is to me just one of those cases where he’s just not good at being a good guy. So, do what you’re good at, be the bad guy. The ironic thing is now everyone’s going to start cheering him.”
