CM Punk’s post-show rant following AEW All Out will likely be talked about for years to come. Shortly after he won the AEW World Championship CM Punk took shots at Adam Page, MJF, Colt Cabana and The Elite before getting into a physical altercation with The Elite backstage.
Since then CM Punk has been quiet, but he recently broke his silence on social media when he posted an Instagram story encouraging people to check out the film “Blade of the 47 Ronin” on Netflix which was written Aimee Garcia and his wife AJ Mendez.
It was recently reported that CM Punk is not expected to return to All Elite Wrestling as the company is currently in talks to buy out his contract. Details regarding a potential non-compete clause are said to be holding up the talks.
So far neither CM Punk nor AEW have commented on what the future holds for the former AEW World Champion. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
