CM Punk And Current WWE Star Spotted At NJPW Battle In The Valley

Saturday night was a big night for wrestling fans as WWE Elimination Chamber aired live from Montreal and NJPW Battle in the Valley took place from San Jose, CA. Battle in the Valley was an action packed show and fans couldn’t help but notice that CM Punk was watching from the crowd.

Fightful Select reports CM Punk inquired about taking in the show about a month ago, and he was in the crowd with Lars Fredriksen. Bayley was also in the crowd to watch Mercedes Mone who won the IWGP Women’s Championship when she defeated Kairi.

CM Punk last wrestled in September of 2022 when he defeated Jon Moxley to become the new AEW World Champion at the All Out pay-per-view. Punk was injured during the main event and has been out of action ever since. Following the show he was involved in a physical altercation with The Elite and his status with AEW moving forward remains unknown. Stay tuned for updates.
