Many WWE Superstars were released from the company last week and since then a few of them have taken to social media to openly address the situation.
Following his release from WWE, Rick Boogs posted a video on YouTube where he claimed that he was let go due to a “backstage political power play.” Boogs also followed up in the comments and claimed that his release had to do with one person holding a “weird grudge” but did not mention who that one person might be.
While Rick Boogs certainly seems to have his fair share of supporters on social media Dutch Mantell doesn’t appear to be one of them. Dutch responded to Rick’s comments about his release, and Dutch blamed the release on lack of talent when he posted the following:
“Just read where Rick Boogs blames his release from @WWE due to a “backstage political power play”. Eh…I blame it on lack of talent. Boogs now, is being considered for an on-screen spokesman for insomnia. Take 2 pills and watch a Boogs match. 8 hours easy. @WSI_YouTube”
