Back in January Christian shocked the world when he returned to the ring during the 30 man Royal Rumble match. Since then there’s been a lot of talk about the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion’s future, and he made his AEW debut on Sunday night.
Last week on Dynamite Paul Wight hyped up that a “hall of fame worthy” talent would be signing with the company, and people immediately began to speculate in regards to who it might be.
During the Revolution pay-per-view a countdown clock appeared on the big screen and then the words “Christian Cage” popped up. Christian then made his way out to the ring and signed his contract.
He showed off his new shirt and left without saying a word.
