It appears that since Chris Jericho defeated Erick Rowan on Smackdown with the stipulation being that Rowan will now be banned from ringside at SummerSlam. The plan for Raw is to now have Y2J face off with Luke Harper with the same stipulation in place if Jericho was to defeat Harper.
The plan for SummerSlam is to show that Bray Wyatt can hold his own in the ring without any outside interference.
