Last night AJ Styles made his WrestleMania debut when he faced off against Chris Jericho. Unfortunately for Styles he wasn’t able to win the match. AJ went for a springboard move and Jericho reversed it into a Codebreaker to keep him down for the three count.
Not everyone was a fan of the finish and Jericho called in to Busted Open Radio to address the people that are complaining about his victory. Jericho ripped on the hosts and told them that Y2J is dead and they helped kill it. He then went on to declare that he is going to bury everyone that he works with going forward.
“All the stupid idiots are so angry that Jericho beat Styles, Jericho buried Styles. You’re damn right I did. I buried him. I’m gonna bury everybody I work against because nobody can touch me. And everybody who thought AJ Styles was gonna come in, and AJ Styles was going to win, I proved you all wrong. I’ve been listening to the show and you can stop it. All of you can. I’m sick of this. All you guys are mad about it and yet I still won. I will bury everyone from this moment forward.”
The rant goes on for a while and the hosts said that they just wanted to see Styles get his WrestleMania moment. Jericho responded by saying, “He got his WrestleMania moment. He got to wrestle Chris Jericho.” which got a big pop from everyone in the studio.
