Chris Jericho has been in the professional wrestling business for a long time, and throughout the course of his career he’s competed in a wide variety of matches.
Back in December of 2009 Big Show and Chris Jericho, then known to fans as Jeri-Show, defended their tag team titles against DX at the TLC pay-per-view in a TLC match, and during the match one spot went awry.
At one point Chris Jericho was standing on Big Show’s shoulders and Show ate a superkick from Shawn Michaels. Jericho then fell to the outside, and he was supposed to go through a table, but he landed awkwardly and instead hit his face on the table.
Jericho commented on a gif from the match which featured the botch on Twitter, and he responded to it by saying, “I almost died!”
Unfortunately for Jericho things didn’t get much better after that, as Jeri-Show ended up losing the Unified Tag Team Titles to DX that night.
