There’s no denying that it’s a good time to be a wrestling fan as there’s no shortage of talented performers in the industry. Everyone seems to have an opinion in regards to who the best wrestler in the world is right now, and Kenny Omega and Randy Orton are two names that seem to come up a lot.
The first ever AEW World Champion Chris Jericho recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the best wrestler argument, and he clearly stated that he thinks Kenny Omega is the best in the world right now.
“In my opinion @KennyOmegamanX is the best wrestler in the world today. Others may feel differently, but I’ve been in the ring w everybody currently working on top & there’s nobody close. Thats why Kenny is @AEW Champ-the most protected title in the biz. It’s Impossible to argue.”

Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega first faced off in NJPW back in 2018, and they brought their feud to AEW when the company was first announced in 2019.
