Chris Jericho hasn’t appeared on WWE programming since losing the United States Title to Kevin Owens on SmackDown Live last month. A lot of people are wondering how long it will be before Y2J returns. As it turns out, it’s going to be soon, but it just won’t be on television.

It has been reported that Jericho will be making his return to the squared circle next week as a part of WWE’s Japan tour. He’s set to work the June 28th event in Singapore and the June 30th/July 1st shows in Tokyo. Y2J will be working with Hideo Itami on June 30th.
A lot of rumors are going to fly over the next week, so it’s important to understand that in all likelihood, Jericho will not be returning to SmackDown Live as a part of this news. As of right now, he’s only scheduled for WWE’s Japan tour and he may not even return to television for the rest of the year. However, the fans in Japan will have the honor of seeing Y2J wrestle.
