Chris Jericho has been one of the driving forces behind AEW from the beginning, and he had a decent run as the first ever AEW World Champion.
Jericho has a reputation for getting new up and coming stars over, and a few months ago he started a feud with Jungle Boy.
The two stars wrestled a match on Dynamite which ended in a draw, and shortly after that the feud was seemingly dropped.
A fan recently engaged in a conversation with Dave Meltzer on Twitter, and the fan noted that they felt AEW hasn’t “done enough” in regards to Jericho’s feud with Jungle Boy.
The first ever AEW World Champion entered the conversation and noted that the feud would have likely been picked again had circumstances not changed due to the coronavirus when he posted the following:
“Had the world not gone crazy, we would be revisiting that now.”
