Chris Jericho Hangs Out With Current WWE Star

Chris Jericho has been in the wrestling game for a very long time, and for a number of decades Jericho was thought of as a WWE guy.

But the first ever WWE Undisputed Champion has changed that perception in recent years by working with companies such as NJPW and AEW.

Jericho signed a three year contract with All Elite Wrestling earlier this year, but he recently bumped into a SmackDown Live star on a plane.

Chris Jericho noted on Instagram that someone on his flight was nice enough to switch seats so that he could sit next to Xavier Woods and talk about taking powerbombs on the ring apron.

“What a pleasant surprise running into @xavierwoodsphd on the red eye from @flylaxairport! Thx to the brother in 6B who switched seats so me and Woodsie could talk @upupdwndwn, @gameofthrones, apron powerbombs & #TheWatch….!”

Xavier Woods seemed to jokingly reference the powerbomb he took from Kevin Owens on Tuesday when he posted a picture of himself sulking next to Jericho along with the caption, “When only a few people know how you feel….”
