Sunday night it was reported by F4Wonline.com that Chris Hero is heading back to WWE. Things could always change, but according the report the plan is for him to return if he can pass the required medical tests. After reports of his return started circulating, Chris Hero posted a cryptic tweet which seems to reference the reports.
Hero wrestled in NXT from 2012 to 2013 before he was released from his contract The initial report didn’t mention whether or not plans for for Chris Hero to wrestle on the main roster or NXT, but Pro Wrestling Sheet‘s sources, the ball has been rolling for weeks in regards to his return, and he’ll be returning to NXT. The report notes that plans call for him Chris Hero to continue using his old NXT name, Kassius Ohno, and pick up where he left off.
With reports circulating regarding Hero’s potential return to WWE, and his cryptic tweet above, it should be interesting to see what 2017 holds for Chris Hero.
Raw General Manager Mick Foley noted on Facebook that he’s lost major weight, as he’s dropped 100 pounds. Foley noted that last January he had his first phone call with Vince McMahon in a while, and told Vince McMahon he would be down to 258 pounds by Christmas, and according to a picture he posted on Facebook, he’s down to 236 pounds.
