Ronda Rousey is a very hot topic right now thanks to the fact that she lost to Holly Holm over the weekend. Over the past few months Ronda Rousey has talked a lot about her interested in working with WWE again. Rousey appeared at WrestleMania 31 and participated in a segment with The Rock, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. There were rumors that WWE had hopes of a Rousey vs McMahon match at WrestleMania 32. But it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.
Current WWE Divas Champion Charlotte recently spoke to The Sun in the UK and she says she would be happy to take Stephanie McMahon’s place and face off against Ronda Rousey.
“Absolutely, I’ll take her place. If it is to face Ronda, yes.”
Charlotte also said that she loves the attention Ronda Rousey is bringing to female athletes, but that Ronda wouldn’t get any special treatment in the WWE.
“I love the fact she’s bringing attention to the female locker room in WWE and recognising us as athletes and not just Divas. But we have a lot of talented women waiting for a shot at this, so get in line.”
