Changes For Impact Wrestling Continue

Whenever a company is acquired by a larger entity it is customary for there to be a shake up in some respects. While Dixie Carter remains a minority share stakeholder in the TNA, her role as chairwoman has been diminished to that of a member of the Advisory Board for Fight Media Group. There have been other changes as well since Anthem has taken over the company.

Jeff Jarrett was brought back into the Impact Wrestling fold as an executive consultant, although it appears that he is still able to freely work with Global Force Wrestling as PWInsider reports that he returned to Los Angeles this week for meetings related to GFW.

In related Impact news, Marti Belle’s deal with Impact Wrestling has expired and she is gone from the company. Marti, who had a good run as the head of The Dollhouse but she was not booked for the past few television tapings. Belle was actually lent to Rocky Mountain Wrestling in Colorado recently. Belle noted on Twitter that she is “back where she started” meaning that she is back to working the independent circuit.

The 28-year-old Dominican wrestler still has plenty of years a head of her, so there’s no telling where she might end up because she has always been quite the performer. According to PWInsider, she has recently been working in the Kansas City area for the National Wrassling League.

Although nothing has been set in stone yet as to what the ultimate corporate picture is going to look like for Impact Wrestling, there have been a couple of changes thus far and more are expected in the offices and talent roster of Impact Wrestling.
