Change For This Year’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match, Original Plans For Sasha Banks

You probably noticed that WWE was originally advertising a seven man Money in the Bank ladder match this year, but this past week on Raw there was no mention of another participant being added. It looks like WWE has decided to just go with a six man ladder match for this year’s Money in the Bank pay-per-view.

Sasha Banks recently made her return to the ring after she suffered an injury at a WWE live event. Before Sasha went down with an injury original plans called for her to feud with Summer Rae in order to get her back on TV. The idea was to use the feud to build Sasha up and make her look strong according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. It’s been rumored that Sasha could be getting a shot at the WWE Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.
