Tonight should be a very interesting night to say the least. The Raw after WrestleMania has a reputation for being the biggest episode of the year, and now we get to see what SmackDown Live can do on the Tuesday night after the show of shows.

It looks like WWE officials are planning on pulling out all the stops tonight on SmackDown Live, because they’ve already announced a championship match. Alexa Bliss defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship in a six pack challenge match at WrestleMania 33, but she lost the belt when Naomi picked up the win. WWE has announced that Alexa Bliss will be invoking her rematch clause tonight when she challenges Naomi for the title.
WWE posted the following teaser on WWE.com:
“Just two days after Naomi captured the SmackDown Women’s Title in a furious Six Pack Challenge at WrestleMania, WWE.com has learned that former titleholder Alexa Bliss has evoked her rematch clause for a one-on-one showdown tonight at 8/7 C on SmackDown LIVE.”
As of this writing no other matches have been announced for tonight’s show, but it’s likely we’ll be seeing a few surprises. Monday night The Revival got called up to Raw, so hopefully we’ll be seeing at least one NXT call up tonight.
