It’s been rumored for weeks now, and this week on Raw The Shield finally reunited in the same building where they debuted and broke up. Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose reunited on Raw and they went back to doing what they do best as they triple powerbombed The Miz and then later triple powerbombed Braun Strowman through an announce table.

Fans have been waiting a long time to see The Shield reunite, and it’s safe to say that there are quite a few happy wrestling fans around the world right now. The fans in attendance at Raw this week also seemed to enjoy the reunion, but one former WWE star says they didn’t go crazy for it.
Bully Ray commented on the reunion via Twitter, and he noted that even though the crowd loved the reunion, they didn’t go crazy for it and he told fans to reference the pops that Austin and The Rock used to get.
To be fair, as one fan pointed out, no one on the roster really gets the type of pop that Austin and Rock got back in the day.
A fan who was in attendance for Raw noted that the video doesn’t do the reunion justice and that the reaction was deafening.
Another fan who was in attendance also backed up claims that the pop was loud.
The Shield will now go on to compete in a 3 on 4 tables, ladders and chairs match at TLC later this month.
