Bully Ray Reveals Idea He Pitched To Vince McMahon Involving The Rock

Bully Ray is a WWE Hall of Famer, and throughout the course of his career he’s worked with some of the biggest names in the business.

It’s safe to say that Bully Ray knows how to get heat, and he recently talked about some things heels can do to get more heat in 2020 on Busted Open Radio.

The former WWE Tag Team Champion suggested that a team should break The Young Bucks legs, essentially taking away their ability to do superkicks, as a way to get heat from the fans.

While talking about The Young Bucks angle, Bully shared a story about an idea he had where he and D-Von would have crushed The Rock’s throat.

“A long time ago, I pitched an idea to Vince McMahon about me and D-Von crushing The Rock’s throat. So, The Rock couldn’t talk anymore. I wanted to take away The People’s voice from The People. Obviously, it never happened, but Vince told me that he really liked the idea.”

At this point there’s no way of knowing how the fans would have reacted, but it’s probably safe to say The Dudley Boyz would have gotten their fair share of boos if they took The Rock’s voice away.
