The Bullet Club Reveals New “One Sweet” Hand Gesture

The “Too Sweet” hand gesture is something that wrestling fans have become very familiar with. The hand gesture became a thing back in the day when it was introduced by The Kliq, and it’s since been adopted by The Bullet Club. During a recent episode of X-Pac 1-2-360, Sean Waltman and Kevin Nash discussed the origin of the gesture after WWE sent a cease and desist letter to The Young Bucks telling them they can no longer use it.

Nash: “You created that, that’s your (Sean Waltman) hand signal. You’re the one that came in and told the rest of us…so if anybody should get credit for that hand gesture, it’s you. You showed it to “The Kliq”, it’s our inside hand gesture; so if they want to call it “Too Sweet” that’s fine. I mean I am sure someone created the peace sign, you’re not gonna get intellectual rights on that…It keeps us alive.”

Waltman: “People should try to look at it from the other point of view too. Now there’s a whole new generation of young people that know about us … I just think that they made it fresh again.”

So, The Bullet Club can’t use the “Too Sweet” anymore, but that hasn’t stopped them from coming up with their own hand gesture.

At ROH Global Wars the world was introduced to the “One Sweet” which is similar to the “Too Sweet” but instead only the pointer finger is used instead of the pointer and the pinky.

WWE keeps throwing up hurdles for The Bullet Club, and it seems that the group is more than happy to leap right over them.
