Buddy Murphy is a former NXT Tag Team Champion with a fantastic upswing. He’s currently going through a repackaging too. Now he’s just Murphy. He’s been lighting up the NXT house shows and really impressing people too.
Murphy was at the WWE Performance Center recently and the NXT star decided to show off something he’s been working on. He says it’s his “best kept secret” but its more like a dirty little secret to us because it looks rough to take. Great, whenever I see him do it from now on I’m going to have that All-American Rejects song in my head. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
This move is sure to delight NXT fans as he works on his audience to move his way toward WWE’s main roster alongside his girl Alexa Bliss. Yeah, Murphy is Alexa Bliss’ fiance but that’s no reason to hate him. He’s really quite great in the ring.
This twisting cross-body block deal has great rotation and it looks like rolling destruction coming at you. I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of this for sure.
Let’s hope we see Murphy land on something other than a crash pad very soon. This is one of the reasons why NXT is so great. These guys are really working their butts off down there making the advancement of professional wrestling their full-time job. You can check out the video in the tweet below and thank us later.
On a serious note, we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Charlie Murphy. He was a geat man who did all he could while he was with us to bring laughter to everyone he met. He lost a tragic battle to leukemia, but his legacy will live on. It’s a shame we didn’t get to see what this man would have come up with because of that dreadful disease. I’m sorry, this has nothing to do with professional wrestling but I felt like it had to be said. So please enjoy a picture of Braun Strowman as a rosebud below as compensation if you’re upset at me for going off-topic.
