Bruce Prichard Makes First Comments After Replacing Eric Bischoff As SmackDown Executive Director

Eric Bischoff was hired to be the Executive Director of SmackDown over the summer, but his run with WWE has already come to an end.

WWE issued a statement yesterday announcing that Bruce Prichard has replaced Eric Bischoff as Executive Director, and it looks like Bischoff is done.

Following the big shakeup, Bruce Prichard took to Twitter to thank Eric Bischoff when he posted the following:

“Much love and respect to a great businessman, creator and friend. Thanks Eric”

Following WWE’s announcement it was reported that Eric Bischoff was notified of his departure after a SmackDown creative meeting on Tuesday.
