For months now Woken Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt have been feuding, and they’ve both managed to pick up wins over one another inside a WWE ring.
But Matt recently made a big challenge when he invited Bray Wyatt to the Hardy Compound for The Ultimate Deletion, and Bray graciously accepted.
The Ultimate Deletion closed Raw on Monday night, and it was interesting to say the least. Hardy and Wyatt battled all over the compound and they eventually made their way to the Lake of Reincarnation.
Bray was about to hit Matt Hardy with Sister Abigail on the dilapidated boat lovingly known as Skarsgard, but Vanguard 1 went into attack mode and distracted Bray.
After Bray dealt with Vanguard 1, he turned around to find Skarsgard flipped upside down. Bray then flipped the boat and Senor Benjamin was underneath holding a globe which he threw at Bray, then he started singing, “he’s got the whole world in his hands.”
Brother Nero then appeared behind Bray and sang, “he’s got the whole wide word in his hands.”
Matt then hit the Twist of Fate on Bray as the referee counted the pin.
Woken Matt picked up a kendo stick as Bray Wyatt said, “it’s not over Matt” but Matt said that it is, and he pushed Bray Wyatt into the Lake of Reincarnation.
He instructed Senor Benjamin to retrieve Bray Wyatt’s body, but Senor Benjamin told Matt that Bray wasn’t in the lake.
Raw closed with Matt saying that The Great War is over, and Bray Wyatt has been deleted as he yelled “DELETE, DELETE, DELETE.”
