The debut of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX has been one of the most anticipated shows for months now, and it was announced a few weeks ago that Kofi Kingston would be defending his WWE Championship against Brock Lesnar at the event.
Kofi Kingston put the title on the line in the main event and Brock walked out with the gold.
As soon as the bell rang Brock hit Kofi with the F5 and pinned him to become the new champion. The match was over in a matter of seconds.
Brock Lesnar is now a 5 time WWE Champion.
After the match Rey Mysterio’s music hit and Rey came out in a sling with Cain Velasquez by his side.
Brock looked shocked as Cain Velasquez entered the ring. Cain took Brock down then hit the ground and pound but Lesnar rolled out of the ring and walked away with the belt.
Cain taunted Brock Lesnar and Lesnar looked on from the bottom of the ramp as the fans chanted “a**hole.”
