WrestleMania weekend was full of surprises and the excitement continued on Monday night with the Raw after WrestleMania. Triple H kicked off the show and he thanked all everyone involved with WWE for making WrestleMania such a huge success. He said that the people behind the scenes make this all possible, and that the WrestleMania set took his breath away.
Triple H then took a moment to thank the fans who he called the most important people. The fans then started to chant “Triple H.” He referenced WWE being sold to Endeavor and he said, “I assure you we’re going nowhere” to a big pop from the crowd. The Game reiterated that it will still be the same WWE.
The Hall of Famer then asked the fans for one more favor as he asked them to welcome the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns. The Tribal Chief made his way out with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa. Triple H then shook their hands as he walked up the ramp and to the back.
The Bloodline got interrupted by Cody Rhodes who proposed a rematch for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, but his request was denied. Cody then said since he basically fought Roman and Solo at WrestleMania then they should face off in a tag team match. Heyman said The Tribal Chief agreed to the challenge, but Cody’s partner had to be someone who wrestled at WrestleMania over the weekend, and whoever teamed with Cody would not ever be able to challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship while Roman is holding the belts.
Brock Lesnar’s music then hit and he made his way down to the ring. The Beast looked excited as he shook Cody’s hand and The Bloodline retreated while Brock held up Cody’s arm and celebrated with him.
