This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw is set to take place from the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island, and it will feature the return of Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.
Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman will be addressing the status of the Universal Title match at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view after the number one contenders match between Braun Strowman and Kane ended in a double count out last week.
Over the past few weeks Roman Reigns has been defending his Intercontinental Championship in an open challenge, but it looks like he may not be appearing on this week’s show as he’s not being advertised on WWE.com or the arena’s website.
However, it’s being teased that we will find out more about Roman’s next challenger tonight.
Superstars being advertised for this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw include Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, Kane, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Cesaro, Kurt Angle and more.
WWE is focusing on the following points for tonight’s show:
- Who will battle The Beast at Royal Rumble?
- Can Cedric Alexander make the most of his second chance?
- Absolution put on notice
- Who will be next to challenge Roman Reigns?
- “Woken Warriors” assemble
