For weeks now Brock Lesnar has been taunting Kofi Kingston and Seth Rollins with his Money In The Bank briefcase, and everyone’s been wondering when The Beast would cash in.
Paul Heyman recently announced that Brock Lesnar would be cashing in the briefcase on Monday night, and he confirmed that Lesnar would be cashing in on Seth Rollins.
Seth Rollins made his way to the ring during the show, and he called out Lesnar, but got Baron Corbin instead.
Corbin and Rollins brawled, and Corbin ended up hitting Rollins with the End of Day then walked off. Brock Lesnar came out and hit Rollins with a low blow then attacked him with a chair while he was down.
Lesnar continued to beat Rollins down as Paul Heyman shouted at him and told him to cash in.
Brock hit Seth Rollins with the F5 on the floor, then threw him back in the ring and hit him with the chair some more.
Paul Heyman begged Brock to cash in, but Brock just looked at Paul and yelled, “FRIDAY!”
He grabbed the belt and threw it at Seth Rollins as he walked away.
The Beast then grabbed the MITB briefcase and returned to the ring. He beat Rollins down with the briefcase, then hit him with the chair again before walking away.
Seth Rollins was then stretchered out of the arena. When the show returned from commercial break, Becky Lynch was shown getting in an ambulance with Rollins as Michael Cole confirmed the Universal Champion was being taken to a local medical facility.
It appears that Lesnar now plans on cashing in at WWE Super ShowDown on Friday.
