Brie Bella Explains Why She’s Keeping In Touch With John Cena Following His Break Up With Nikki

One of pro wrestling’s biggest power couples recently decided to call it quits, and fans are wondering if love is even real now that John Cena and Nikki Bella are no longer an item.

Fans have been watching the Cena/Bella relationship play out for years now on shows like Total Divas and Total Bellas, and it’s been confirmed that they will be sharing their break up with the entire world throughout the new season of Total Bellas.

“You’ll see a lot of very intimate conversations and a lot of where my sister is at today and the decision she made,” Brie Bella told ET. “I just applaud John and Nicole for that because it takes a lot of courage.”

Even though John and Nikki have decided to call off their engagement, Brie Bella still considers John to be family, and she will be treating him as such following their break up.

“As of right now I want to be there for him as much as I’m there for my sister. And Nicole respects that. It’s like losing a family member. It’s really hard. John has been a part of our lives for six years.”
