Bret Hart Cleared Of Cancer

Canada’s Sportsnet channel recently quoted Bret Hart in saying that he is now 100% cancer-free. This is fantastic news as he has been battling cancer since early last year.

On February 1st, 2016, Bret Hart sent out an announcement on his Facebook page stating that he had been diagnosed with cancer, the initial root of the disease being prostate cancer which he had surgery to remove.

Jim Ross said in March, 2016 that Hart had beaten the disease with a successful surgery. Ross went on to say that the cancer fortunately didn’t look like it had spread to other areas of Bret’s body.

Hart was quick to reply to JR as he confirmed it was true while saying that his doctors are still keeping a close eye on his status as they planned to monitor him every three months until he was totally cleared from the awful disease.

Now the Best There Was, The Best There Is, and The Best There Ever Will Be is reporting that his doctors have said he is totally cancer free.
