Bray Wyatt officially made his WWE return at the Extreme Rules premium live event last week and he received a huge reaction from the fans in attendance. The former WWE Champion’s return has been a very hot topic recently and on Friday night he made his first appearance on SmackDown in quite some time.
At the end of SmackDown the lights went out and Bray Wyatt entered through the door that was used for his return at Extreme Rules. He walked down to the ring carrying his lantern to a new entrance song.
Bray told the crowd that he’s incredibly grateful and nervous. He said he never thought this would ever happen. Wyatt told the fans that he was being his genuine self and showing them a side of him they’ve never seen. Bray was almost in tears as he told the fans that he lost his career, his self confidence, and two people very close to him. He said he got to the point where he thought nothing he did ever matter to anyone, but he was wrong.
The former WWE Champion said that once he started going out into the world again he met many fans who thanked him for helping them when they were weak. Wyatt then thanked the crowd and told the fans that they saved his life because they wouldn’t leave him alone. The lights then went out and a man in a mask appeared on the screen.
The man in the mask said, “Come with me. Your life is done. Forget the future. Forget the past. Life is over. Breathe your last. You got no idea who you’re dealing with, do you? Oh, but you will. You will.”
SmackDown then went off the air after the man in the mask was done speaking.
